Sharik – File sharing via Wifi or mobile hotspot

You want to share files between 2 devices whether it's a smartphone or a Linux / Windows PC, but you don't have much at hand.Sharik – File sharing via Wifi or mobile hotspotSharik – File sharing via Wifi or mobile hotspot

So of course there is ShareDrop which you discovered here, but ShareDrop requires having internet. Because yes, the solution I propose allows you to share files between devices connected to the same Wifi network, but even if you don't have Wifi and no Internet, you can still do it with connection sharing ( hotspot) of your smartphone.

You just need to install Sharik on the computer or smartphone that needs to send the file and then receive it on the other device, either with another Sharik application, or directly by entering the URL provided by the tool in a browser. So you can share images, files, installed apps or just text.

There you go. It's super simple, the tool is available in all languages, on all OSes (except macOS, which isn't available yet, but okay since you can still receive stuff if you want).

Sharik is completely free, open source and you can contribute to it by visiting its Github page.
