While waiting for Capcom to officially decree the arrival of a new beta phase for Street Fighter V, the publisher is carrying out a short series of technical stress tests which already hold many surprises. Thanks to PC players who are always on the lookout and ready to snoop on the slightest line of additional code, we even have the right to an overview of the probable alternative costumes available for a handful of characters, such as Chun-Li in a cop or even Laura who does nothing to extinguish the fire. The images obviously come from the Eventhubs site, which lists the latest discoveries.
Still no playable FANG at the moment, the cast is limited to rotating the fighters already crossed by type (the choppers, the offensive characters). The various filters available in the login interfaces suggest a possible addition in a later phase of the beta, before the release. As we had seen previously, the Capcom Fighters Network is intended to be flexible enough to keep certain players as favorites for quick access to their replays and their stats. It will also be possible to restrict matchmaking based on connection quality.
Finally, Capcom recalls through the voice of its CM the various criteria used for the addition of future characters in DLC, and the resulting reflection. If the popularity obviously comes into play, if only to ensure a favorable echo within the community, the diversity of the character, as well in his style of play as in the martial art or the country that it represents, comes into play. As a reminder, Alex, Balrog, Guile, Ibuki, Juri and Urien will join the family throughout 2016.

Beyond the "feminist lobbies" (which ultimately have no impact on game sales or whether or not it can be released, you're talking about lobbies...), you still have to understand that 18+/Mature rankings can be very penalizing for certain games and their potential sales.
And these rankings are indeed cultural, suddenly… To avoid a penalizing ranking in the US which could have led to lower sales, they prefer to censor, and that's logical.
I'm not saying it's acceptable be careful huh. I quite agree with you on the principle of not accepting censorship. Just that it's not meaningless from CAPCOM.
