Several expatriates already repatriated
This August 19, an airplane was expected in the afternoon at Roissy CDG airport in Paris, with Afghan intellectuals on board such as journalists, researchers, and academics accompanied by their family.
But what about the repatriation of families of the Afghans already on French soil? The Watizat association which campaigns for access to information for exiled people and publishes a multilingual guide (French, English, Arabic, Pachto and Dari) since 2018, gives indications on this subject.Watizat has contacted the Crisis Crisis of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and has posted information on requests for repatriation of families.
Making a request does not guarantee that there will be repatriation.
Right to family reunification
Articles L.752-1, L.812-5, R.752-1 to 3 and R.812-4 of the entry and stay code of foreigners and the right of asylum indicate that if you are beneficiaries of the status of refugee, statelessness, subsidiary protection in France, a residence permit or applicantasylum, you have the right to benefit From family reunification.
According to the Watizat association, so that the request for repatriation of his family is taken care of by the crisis and support center, it is necessary that people to repatriate are in Afghanistan, and that there is a family link (husband, children, parents, brothers, sisters, cousins). It is important to provide the following information for people in your family: name, first name, date of birth, family link, telephone number and email address.
If people are outside of Afghanistan (in Iran, India, etc..), they must directly contact the French Embassy in these countries: for the moment, the French Embassy in Pakistan has closed for an indefinite period. But it is always possible to turn to the French Embassy in Iran or New Delhi.
People in danger can report
People fearing to be persecuted in Afghanistan for their actions towards human rights, artists and intellectuals can report to the crisis unit even if they have no direct link with France.
It is not necessary to be the person directly concerned to call: volunteers and associations can call to declare the family or the person in question.
These calls will give rise to the implementation of a list. There is currently no guarantee of repatriation but the reports will all be taken into account.Better to plan 2 hours of Free time to have an answer.

No Afghan auxiliary still repatriated
Plusieurs avocats se battent pour que les personnels civils de recrutement local (PCRL) ayant travaillé comme interprètes ou cuisiniers auprès de l’armée Française, soient rapatriés au plus vite sur le sol Français.Their fear is that the latter are considered traitors for the Taliban and in danger of death.
Magali Guadalupe Miranda, lawyer at the Hauts-de-Seine bar, said on Twitter "that none of the 170 PCRL whose names and contact details have been communicated" have yet been repatriated.
